Fixed - When trying to launch the game on my PC, I get a black or blue screen and the game freezes - Microsoft has fixed the problem. In order to get the fix, install the newest 123.0.2420.65 Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime version via Check for updates option in the Windows Update center. Even if there are no updates available under Windows Update at the moment, they may still apply after you restart your device. Or you can install the update for Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime manually. More details at support.g5.com.

When sending gifts to my friends, the items in the list appear in one row instead of two rows - This game behavior is now correct, and the list is supposed to be displayed as one row. We appreciate your understanding and your overall interest in our game!

In the 1.68.6800 game version, my progress for Daily Tasks has not been registering correctly - Our Technical Team is already investigating this matter. Please contact us via the “Send Feedback” option in the G5 Friends menu and provide a detailed description of the issue. As a workaround solution, try restarting your app to get the tasks to register correctly.

After I updated the game to the 1.67.6700 version, the language has changed in the game, and I cannot revert it back. - Please wait until the game finishes downloading all its content, and the option to change the language should become available in the game's settings. Tap the gear icon on your screen and scroll the list of available languages to find the one you need.
